Product Description
The exhaust corrugated pipe is installed in the exhaust pipe between the engine exhaust manifold and the muffler, making the entire exhaust system a flexible connection, thereby playing a role in vibration reduction, noise reduction, convenient installation, and extending the service life of the exhaust muffler system.

1.Some exhaust pipes are made of iron, while soft connections are made of stainless steel. Can the two materials be welded? The answer is yes.
2. If it is a replacement, several points should be noted because both ends of the exhaust pipe need to be inserted into the soft connection for about 1 centimeter to be welded firmly and used for a longer time. Therefore, the soft connection must be about 2-3 centimeters longer than the original car
Because both ends of the exhaust pipe need to be inserted into the soft connection for welding, the soft connection needs to be about 0.5 centimeters larger than the diameter of the exhaust pipe for easy welding.
3. Before installing the soft connection, it is best to weld both ends first, because if the welding cannot reach the inner pipe when welding to the exhaust pipe, it will cause air leakage, which is crucial.
