Device structure and basic instructions:

1. Power regulator modules, PID temperature control module, air flow circuit control module, mechanical rotating module, human machine interface module, RS485R interface communication module and ARM signal (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) processing module and programmable logic controller;
2. PC through RS485 interface communication module and programmable controller communication link to carry on the  data transmission and motion control.
3. PID temperature control module is link with the power adjustment module, Through the programmable controller to control the thermostat regulator.
4. Signal acquisition processing circuit module is link with the air volume control module, through the programmable logic controller to calculates the output, smart regulation preset wind speed; 
5. Mechanical rotating module is link with the programmable controller I / O port, to control the rotation mechanism at the off state.
6. Heating device in the heat release rate test analysis system, through combining the thermal radiation sensor, oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide analyzer, smoke density measurement meter, can carry on the heat flux radiation for the uniform quality square test sample, so as to achieve analysis the heat release rate of the material, to obtain a stable concentration of the test sample gas stream.

Test software system:

1. Test control system consists of temperature sampling control system, heat radiation tester, signal acquisition systems, computer systems, together with the rational design of testing and sampling circuit. 
2. When the system detects a security signal, it will real-time feedback to the system, it will automatically shut down and to take urgent safety measures.
3. The Signals generated by a thermocouple can through the temperature transmitter or directly transmit to the recorder or to the computer, during the test, the average temperature, single-point temperature can be displayed at any time. 
4. Easily implemented the test project to start, the control of the testing process, the setup of the test parameters, all kinds of test data through sensor sampling transported to the computer, after the computer automatically calculate and post-processing, then it can be stored or printed form (graphs). Software can be automatically programmed based on the temperature curve, and record its own furnace, furnace pressure, test sample back temperature and other data.
5. The system provides query functions. The system can automatically store the number of the test sample and the temperature curve and the data in the database, within the system; may enter the number of samples tested, test dates and others to carry on the inquiry. 
6. Computer, laser printer (choose to match) and software systems.
